Due to import taxes which we must pay on all the returned products from the UK it's not possible to return any items when you return from the UK. If you need more information about this subject please contact [email protected]
Are you not satisfied with your order or is there another reason why you do not want to purchase the item? Then you have the right to return an item within 14 days after you have received your order. Please keep the following in mind:
Personalized items such as shirts with a print cannot be returned. Does the printing not match your order? Please contact [email protected] or via My tickets in your account.
Returning an item is possible provided the product is in its original condition and product labels are still attached to the item.
It is not possible to exchange items (online). Do you want to order a different size, color or product? We recommend that you place a new order and return the current product.
The costs of returning a package are not reimbursed by Willem II.
Step-by-step return
1. Register a return online
If you have created an account in the Willem II webshop, you can register a return online.
- Go to 'My orders' on the left in the menu.
- Click on 'View' next to the order for which you want to return products. You can only return products from orders that have already been shipped.
- Under the box with the order details, click on 'Return items'. Select the item and the quantity you want to return, fill in the return reason for return action and any comments. - Click on 'Send'.
Have you checked out as a guest and don't have an account in our webshop yet? Then you can still create an account or download and complete the return form. You then send this form along with the items you want to return. If you choose to create an account anyway, use the e-mail address that you also used for your order when registering. Your account will then be linked to your order. Then follow the steps above to submit a return.
2. Return item
Pack the item back in the original packaging and shipping box. You must send the enclosed packing slip. In addition, you can download the return form here, fill it in and put it in the box. Stick the return slip on the box and return your package via your local post office. After receipt and processing of your returned items, the amount will be refunded to the account you used to pay.
Returns in the fan shop
Returns in the fan shop in the Koning Willem II stadium are also possible. In that case, you must also return the item to the fanshop in its original packaging and box. Also in this case do not forget to add your packing slip and the return form. Check the opening hours of the fan shop here. The amount of the returned items will be refunded to the account with which you paid and you will not receive cash immediately in the store.
