Products/services
You can purchase products or services from BVO through the website. For more information about these products and services, please refer to the corresponding information pages on the BVO website. If you purchase a product or service, personal data is processed. Processing this personal data is necessary to process the order. The associated processing is permitted because it is necessary for the execution of the agreement to be concluded with you. In addition, your personal data is stored so that BVO can comply with its administrative obligations. This processing is necessary for the protection of BVO's legitimate interests. BVO's interest lies in being able to comply with its administrative obligations. The personal data will be deleted 7 years after the conclusion of the agreement.
Newsletter
Sending information about products, offers, competitions and/or events, whereby the BVO may compile and send a newsletter specifically tailored to the preferences and interests of supporters.

BVO may share your personal data with Eredivisie CV and Eredivisie Media & Marketing CV (hereinafter: the "Eredivisie") and/or the official sponsors and partners of the Eredivisie as listed on https://eredivisie.nl/nl-nl/ (hereinafter: "Official Partners") and/or official club sponsors (hereinafter: "Sponsors"). This is permitted if you have given separate consent before completing the contact form (by ticking the corresponding consent box(es)). This consent can be withdrawn at any time (without prejudice to the lawfulness of data processing based on consent before its withdrawal). This personal data will be retained by the Eredivisie, Official Partners, and/or Sponsors for a maximum of one year.
With your prior consent (where required by law) we may:
- Send you offers, promotions, and other commercial communications regarding services or products offered by the Eredivisie, Official Partners, and/or Sponsors via email, text message, chat, social media, and telephone. These communications may also include co-branded services, such as contests or other promotions offered and organized by the Eredivisie, Official Partners, and/or Sponsors.

Retention period

If no explicit retention period is included, or if no criteria are specified by BVO to determine how long personal data is retained, BVO will not retain the personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purpose communicated to you.
Processors and other third parties
Personal data may be processed on behalf of BVO by processors and subprocessors. These processors and subprocessors act under the responsibility of BVO and may not perform any processing of the personal data themselves. Your personal data will not be shared with other parties, except those described in this privacy statement.
